My guiding values

My work is guided by the philosophy, "Who I am is who I am being."

Family

Integrity

Authenticity

Support

Humor

Honesty, respect, acceptance, love — and a healthy dose of humor — shape every family relationship we nurture.

WHO I am

Who I Am, Is, Who I Am Being

The guiding philosophy behind every conversation, workshop and walk I take with families.

My true purpose is to help others. I am both professionally and personally grounded in this work. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and bring over 25 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout my career, I have served in direct care, supervisory, management, and leadership roles, allowing me to support individuals and teams at every level.

My personal experiences have guided me toward a compassionate and meaningful path—working with families and individuals affected by addiction and/or mental health challenges. This work is my passion; rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to Be A Loving Mirror.

WHAT I do

"I help families navigate the recovery process by giving them the tools, guidance, and support they need to be their loved one’s best chance at recovery, empowering them to walk their own journey while allowing their loved one to walk theirs."  Heather Grayson
